Start Up: To start your site, we will complete the initial “start up” within the first thirty (30) days from the contract commencement date.
Project Work: Project work will be implemented immediately from the beginning of contract.
Public Areas: All public areas will be brought up to standard within 30 days from commencement of the contract.
Tenant Services: All tenants will be personally contacted by a member of our team prior to the start date of the contract to determine their personal needs.
Labour Relations: All labour issues, including staff evaluation and retraining will always be handled in a professional, caring and sensitive manner.
Productivity: In order to maintain the highest possible industry standards Toronto Building Services will not exceed 5,500 square feet per hour of light duty cleaning or 20,000 square feet per hour of heavy duty cleaning.
